16-letnia Mathilde Broberg oglądając filmik ze sobą w roli głównej, wpada w panikę. Nie pamięta dokładnie momentu, w którym zaczęła się tak źle odżywiać i mieć znaczącą nadwagę.

„Zdałam sobie sprawę, że wyglądam okropnie i widziałam w sobie tylko tłuszcz. Wiedziałam, że muszę się zmienić, ponieważ czułam się koszmarnie. Przez całe życie czułam się nieswojo i w końcu nadszedł czas na zmiany.”

Do you want to make a transformation like this one day? You just have to stop making excuses for yourself and stay focused ? Oh… And keep striking bad poses ?? haha _ Do you wanna struggle the life you're living now? Or struggle for at better one? All it takes is to reduce your food intake (calories) and become much more active ☝?️ Take notes! _ I would recommend you to eat around 1500 kcal every day with high focus on protein (2g pr kg/bodyweight) – If you're 80kg you need to consume 160g proteins. I always eat protein-stuff if I have cravings ☝?️ Eat 50g of fat (avocado, nuts, cheese…..) stay healthy with your fat!! Very important Avoid pasta and bread at any time. It worked for me + I'm not good with gluten anywayyyysss. Try to stay away from carbs in the first 6 weeks and slowly add A LITTLE carbs to your diet (rice, potatoes….) Just eat the good complex carbs and nutritious carbs. _ And most important YOUR SERVING SIZE. Eat ONE small serving pr meal. Eat slowly. _ Focus around your veggies ??: Broccoli, kale, cauliflower, carrots, sprouts, cabbage …. _ Proteins: Lean meat, chicken, turkey, salmon, white fish, lean pork meat ??? but also: Nuts, eggs, Greek yogurt, cheese (low fat), cottage cheese, veggies, seeds, beans ??… _ Get UP and become ACTIVE! You don't need to go the gym to shred a lot of pounds off.. Be active – dance around, walk a lot(!!), go for a swim, ride your bike. Just get up ?? And never look back, just keep on living! _ You can achieve this if you really really want it. I had enough of that lifestyle and the way I felt trapped in my own body to live the life I wanted. And I just kept fighting and I've been under 75kg for 3,5 years after 17 years of being 'the fat one'. Aaaaand I'm still good at the duckface ? _ It IS a struggle and it IS tough but you'll never reach your goals if you keep giving up. I had to start at one point as well. My secret is just to have had enough. You just have to want it enough and be ready for a total lifestyle changes that's gonna stick around forever. _ #motivational

Mathilde ważyła prawie 120 kilogramów. Miała sporo pracy do wykonania. Jadła ponad 3500 kalorii dziennie. To zdecydowanie za dużo jak na jej wzrost i wiek. Jadła kiedy czuła się źle, a czuła się źle, gdy patrzyła w lustro. Błędne koło.

Po obejrzeniu filmu była bardzo zdeterminowana do działania. Z dnia na dzień przestała spożywać chipsy, colę i fast foody. Rozpoczęła dietę łyżeczkową, co znaczy, że jadła znacznie wolniej i mniejsze porcje. Pozwalała swojemu organizmowi spokojnie strawić to co spożyła. Przez to czuła się najedzona i nie sięgała po przekąski.

Zaczęła stosunkowo szybko tracić na wadze i wkrótce ważyła już 60 kilogramów mniej. Niestety, jak zwykle bywa w takich przypadkach, na brzuchu pozostał nadmiar skóry. Kobieta chciała się go pozbyć.

Na jej szczęście, w Danii takie zabiegi są refundowane. Dlatego też Mathilde zdecydowała się mu poddać.

6 years and 58 kilograms between these two photos, read the caption _ This is a result of a lifestyle change, not a diet! Don't waste time on diets – you can't live by a certain diet your entire life! Especially when it's some weird juice diets, no-carb diets and stuff that execute certain things – All you have to do is eat less, one portion pr. meal, healthy AND balanced ? Ofc you can have some unhealthy stuff but in moderate and normal sizes (a small handful is a good way to measure it) ❤️ Become more active; walk around, go hiking, go shopping, dance around at home, play Just Dance etc – Be creative, but don't be lazy ☝?️ I'm actually a REALLY lazy person by nature, so that is no excuse.. Get up and do stuff! I'll suggest you count your calories and weigh your food in the beginning until you have it in your mind – reach around 1500-1700kcal each day with focus on the protein – eat A LOT of green veggies and drink water when you feel hungry ☺️ In the beginning you will feel hunger all the time, but that's normal! Your stomach is used to consume much more food, it will shrink after a few weeks and your body is adapting your new lifestyle ❤️ _ #weightlosstransformation

Dziewczyna nie tylko zaczęła zdrowo się odżywiać, ale rozpaliła w sobie miłość do uprawiania sportu. Stało się to jej pasją do tego stopnia, że zaczęła nawet pozować do zdjęć marek sportowych.

Measurements ?? This is crazy! _ If I can do it so can you! Anything is possible it you want enough – never stop believing in yourself and stay strong. This is a journey that's been going on since summer, 2012. My weightloss journey ended 2,5 years ago and since that I've been working out in the gym minimum 3 times EVERY week. In a period from Fall, 2014 to Summer, 2015 I've been eating too healthy (and too little) + worked out 6 times pr week. At that time my measurements were lower than they are now – At 57 kg (125lbs) _ Bust: 79 cm Waist: 60 cm Hip: 80 cm _ I was really skinny at that time but I had loose skin/harsh fat .. I started to eat more (2200kcal) everyday and I've been following well organized workout schedules for 1 year now and this is where I am today. Hard work do pay off! _ If you really want to change your life you gotta decide to find the power within you. You are the only one to make it happen. You're the only one who controls what goes in to your mouth, how long you walk, how much you're being active. Get control over your brain, because that's the one you can blame: You're in control, not your inner-voice! Don't waist time on the right time to come – there is no perfect time, you just have to start and never look back. It will be tough and it will feel like an endless road, but you will make if you just don't quit! How much do you want it? _ … Ask yourself _ #determination

Wraz z jej zmianą zauważyła, że mężczyźni coraz chętniej zwracali na nią uwagę.

„To miłe, ale to kolejny dowód na to, że dla facetów liczy się wygląd, a nie to, kto jakim jest człowiekiem. Kto nie lubił mnie, kiedy miałam dodatkowe kilogramy, nie zasługuje na moją uwagę, gdy jestem chudsza. Nie szukałam miłości na siłę, a okazało się, że była bardzo blisko mnie.”

Mathilde zakochała się w swoim trenerze personalnym, dla którego jest przykładem na to jak zdeterminowanym można być, aby osiągnąć wyznaczone cele. Kobieta regularnie udostępnia zdjęcia na swoim profilu instagramowym, aby motywować ludzi do działania. Jej fani są zainspirowani jej postawią i dla wielu jest ona bohaterką.

Never quit or give up! 2011 vs 2016 – Lost 140 lbs/63kilo on my own READ BELOW _ You have to make small goals for yourself. Take one day at a time, don't give up and you'll see the results after a short time as long as you remember NOT to give up or "fall in" ?? If you truly want to lose weight you'll be able to stay focused and determined ?? You just gotta stay strong and don't look back! _ Ask yourself: "What if I lost 1 lbs every 10th day or every week? Where will I be in one year if I start today?" _ By telling myself that I stayed motivated – So don't quit because "you think it doesn't matter anyways…" _ Stay focused and remember your goals – they're not that far away if only you keep pushing! _ How I started was basically just from one day to another – I had enough! So that must have been what kept me going. And trust me; I've failed MANY times before trying to lose weight, but in 2012 I simply had enough and I've never looked back! _ I went from 268lbs (120kg) or even more to 125lbs (57kg) – and now I'm around 149lbs (68-70kg) ❤️ I'm 5'9/176cm.
